Who is responsible for your data?

What data do we collect?
Through the contact form: full name, company, email address, phone number, subject, number of workstations, message and whether you want to receive our tips. Only the name, email, subject and message are required.
For site security: the IP address, date, requested page and browser, recorded in the server’s technical logs.
Why, and on what legal basis?
To answer your request and, where relevant, prepare a quote: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
To send you our IT tips, only if you ticked the box: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To protect the site against abuse and attacks (anti-spam, technical logs): OSILADE’s legitimate interest.
Who receives your data?
Only the OSILADE staff handling your request, and our technical providers: the site host, OVH SAS (France), and our email provider [to complete: email provider name]. Your data is never sold or rented.
Where is it stored?

How long do we keep it?

Cookies
The site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tools. The anti-spam check is a calculation done in your browser, without cookies or third-party services.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use, ask for its portability and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@osilade.com; we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
