Our story
A passion that became a profession.
It all started in Paris in 2004. Franck Debasque is the kind of person who opens up a computer to see how it works, stays up all night on a fault because it intrigues him, and enjoys explaining a solution as much as finding it. That passion gave birth to OSILADE, built on a simple idea: businesses need a technical partner who is present, easy to reach, and speaks their language, not the vendors’.
Back then, a small company’s IT often fitted in a cupboard: a humming server, an ADSL line, a fax machine and a few PCs you hoped would start each morning. OSILADE’s early years were spent in the field, installing, troubleshooting, getting things running again. Above all, listening: understanding what a business does before touching its machines.
Since then, business IT has never stopped changing, and OSILADE has evolved with the times. Wi-Fi, smartphones, the cloud, remote work and then cyberattacks transformed the way people work. At every step we learned, tested, and offered our clients what really worked. Following their needs, on-site troubleshooting was joined by remote maintenance and fleet monitoring, data backup and recovery, security (EDR antivirus, multi-factor authentication, managed firewall), telephony, business fibre, network cabling, video surveillance, website hosting and, more recently, automation and AI.
More than twenty years on, the early curiosity is still there. A new technology is, for us, a question to dig into before it is a product to sell. And the satisfaction hasn’t changed: a client switching on their computer on Monday morning without a second thought, because everything works.
The method hasn’t changed either: understand your setup, make it work, and keep it that way. Today OSILADE has a new identity and offers designed for small and mid-sized businesses. The passion stays the same.

OSILADE is run by its founder, Franck Debasque. As managing director and senior technician, he leads the technical team and stays hands-on in the field. His technical team of technicians and consultants handles day-to-day support, maintenance and on-site work.
